Multiples of 2973

Multiples of 2973 are any number that can be divided by 2973 without any remainder. In other words, any number that can be split into multiple 2973s, without anything extra. The most common way to find multiples is to use multiplication. Multiplication of whole numbers always results in multiples of the numbers being multiplied. To find the first few multiples of 2973, you could just multiply 2973 by 1, then 2, then 3, and so on, until you have as many multiples as you would like. This is shown in the next section.

For younger students that don’t know how to multiply yet, the same result can be found just by counting, or skip-counting. To find multiples of any number, just add the number to itself multiple times.
