Methods

Methods for Finding Multiples:

The most common way to find multiples is to use multiplication. Multiplication of whole numbers always results in multiples of the numbers being multiplied. To find the first few multiples of 181, you could just multiply 181 by 1, then 2, then 3, and so on, until you have as many multiples as you would like. This is shown in the next section.

To find multiples of any number, just add the number to itself multiple times. For instance, if you want to find the multiples of 181, start at 181 and keep adding 181 over and over: 181, 362, 543, 724, and so on. Each of these numbers is a multiple of 181.
